Anyway. My legs and thighs are still sore. I can't believe I actually ran with the Nike Run Club on Thursday. 4 miles, man! It was the first time I ran in about 4 years and that shit killed me. I'm surprised I kept up all the way to the Pier, but once I hit Embarcadero, I was done. I think I did a good job though considering the fact that I smoke. I had to jog a little bit yesterday to loosen up my muscles. I wanna run with them every Thursday, but I'm hella hesitant since I barely made it. My body isn't conditioned for that. I just have to run some time in between every Thursday so it'd be easier for me every time.

Bomb threat.
When I was working this past Wednesday, someone called Niketown and said, "There is a bomb in your building and it is gonna go off in about 30 minutes". So all the managers go to the main floor and tell everybody including all the staff to evacuate the building immediately. I was hella scared! It was hella hard to get everybody to leave because the people from Club Run SF had just finished running and were trying to get back into the building to get their stuff. The runners were hella confused about what was going on and the door guard had to regulate and keep them out. After we evacuated, all the Nike staff sat on the Levi's stairs just waiting and it was hella cold. About 4 police cars came and searched the building with a dog. A bomb squad was supposed to come too but never came through. So after about an hour and a half waiting in the cold, it was clear. No bomb was in the damn building, thanks God. I figured that it was just a joke but whoever made that call is fucked up. All that hassle for nothing. I felt bad for my co-worker Lorraine who answered the call because she started crying. Once we got back in the building, we had to wait 'til Club Run SF gathered their belongings and then we were released to go. What a relief.
